Clinic Flow – Managing the flow of clients and patients from the moment they enter the clinic to the moment they leave is a key part of an effective clinic. It takes solid processes and well-trained staff to ensure an excellent client experience and consistent results. In this presentation we review the key components to a solid clinic flow, including the stages of an effective appointment, doctor and staff alignment, division of job duties, and dealing with unexpected circumstances.
Jason began his career helping a Grand Rapids based company increase their organizational efficiency and boost their revenue 10% - 20% annually for over a decade. After helping in the sale of that business, Jason started his own company focused on helping small animal practices across the country. He works closely with his clients to streamline and grow their practice by assisting them in developing the core processes, training staff, and monitoring results. Using his knowledge and experience, he has consistently helped his clients achieve their desired results. He lives in Grand Rapids with his wife, who is a veterinarian, his son, and their four cats.
