The WMVMA welcomes David F. McCormick, MS, CVA with a webinar for those interested in practice ownership. He provides information on practice value, the appraisal process, how to assess the whether a purchase price is fair market value. He also includes information on the different paths to ownership, the purchase process and the advisors needed.

David McCormick is an experienced veterinary practice appraiser, consultant and transaction specialist. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators from whom he received the Certified Valuation Analyst designation. One of his missions is practice management education and so he speaks and teaches on veterinary practice management issues focusing on veterinary practice financial health, practice valuation, and ownership transactions
