The WMVMA is thrilled to kick off the fall continuing education series with Shaina Lane of Premier Professional Coaching! This presentation is focused on communication in times of change. Effective communication is a key component to any veterinary practice, and one we take for granted when done well. Over the past two years, communication has become increasingly difficult, impacting office culture, colleague relationships and client satisfaction.

In this session, we will:

  • Identify key work conversations
  • Learn the neuroscience behind why those conversations become difficult
  • Discover tools and techniques to navigate challenging conversations successfully

Whether your focus is running a clinic, building stronger, more collaborative teams or enhancing client relationships, this session is for you!

 Here are the quick details:

  • This meeting is limited to member veterinarians and member technicians only.

  • After registration with the WMVMA, you will receive an email with a link to register with Zoom. You must register with Zoom to get the email invitation to the webinar.
