Dr. Michelle Magolan will be presenting on common GI emergencies, including updated diagnostics and treatment options. We all see vomiting and diarrhea patients on a daily basis. Her talk will focus on how to approach some of the more serious conditions, and how to treat these on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

About our speaker:

Michelle Magolan, DVM is an associate veterinarian and Doctor Lead at the Animal Emergency Hospital of West Michigan and Animal Emergency and Specialty Hospital of Byron Center. 

Dr. Magolan earned her bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI and attended Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine to attain her veterinary degree. She is originally from Goodrich, MI, but has fallen in love with the atmosphere and endless opportunity for adventure in West Michigan. She and her husband, Nick, try to take their two dogs, Dexter a mixed mutt, and Charlie a Labrador Retriever, with them on all of their adventures. The newest addition to their family is a daughter, Bailey.
