On March 20th, we will be hosting Dr. Jean Hudson for a RACE-approved (1 credit, RACE ID: 20-1082174) in person event! Note: This event is limited to the first 50 registrants.

About the event topic:

This lecture provides evidence supporting preventive care diagnostics and the benefits preventive care initiatives offer to every veterinary practice. Consistent preventive care can identify early systemic health problems in animals with no apparent clinical signs, allowing early investigation and appropriate care if needed. We review diagnostics most valuable to preventive care protocols through clinical cases where preventive care testing had a positive impact on patient care and outcome.

About our speaker:

Dr. Hudson received her DVM degree from Michigan State University. For the next 12 years, she worked as an associate small-animal veterinarian in Laingsburg, Michigan. She is the former chair of the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association’s Legislative Advisory Committee and the Michigan Animal Health Foundation. Dr. Hudson joined IDEXX as the professional services veterinarian for the Great Lakes region in 2021.
