This presentation provides a practical, clinically focused review of anesthesia and analgesia for veterinary professionals.  Through real-world examples and case-based discussion, attendees will learn how to optimize patient safety by selecting appropriate monitoring equipment, recognizing and responding to anesthesia-related complications, and refining drug selection based on patient condition and procedural needs.

The session will emphasize troubleshooting common issues with anesthesia monitoring equipment, identifying clinical signs impacted by anesthetic drugs, and applying evidence-based strategies to improve anesthetic
